How are you different from anyone else out there?

I’ve gathered a lot of the information from a large variety of sources for more than 3 decades. You are welcome to spend decades of your time trying to find the answers that work for you if you like. However, if you want to feel better now and start living your best life sooner… MUCH sooner, then stop trying to reinvent the wheel!

I have some things I’ve figured out for myself that I don’t see anyone else talking about. However, a lot of this material is built on the lessons taught by people like Tony Robbins, Jim Rohn, Wendy Suzuki, and many more. Adding in decades more experience than one person can provide on their own.

The biggest difference is that I have been there and done that. I have been through so many types of trauma, diagnosed to the point that I’ve been diagnosed with CPTSD, depression and more. I’ve come out the other end better and stronger for it. I’m working with you through my personal experience with real world options you can start to implement TODAY to start feeling better.

What do you specialize in?

My primary focus is to help those who’ve lived in their trauma for a long time. I help you recognize and heal from all the different ways that trauma has negatively affected your lives. I can also help you learn how to reprogram the way you allow your brain to function so you can be happier and more successful in all areas of your life.

How does this process work?

We have a 3 tier process that will guide you through this journey:

Tier 1 the caterpillar stage: We teach you emotional intelligence, how to set healthy boundaries in your relationships, how to love yourself, how to program yourself to think positively so you can be productive and happy in life. There is so much more in this than I can list here this list is just the beginning.

Tier 2 the pupa: We teach you how to heal from your emotional trauma this is done primarily through introspection of our past that made us react to things the way we do, inspection of all of the trauma and events surrounding them in extreme detail like a scientist inspecting a specimen and forgiveness. This requires that we detach from our emotions and become more analytical which is why we teach you emotional intelligence first, we need you strong before we have you digging out the shards of the past so you can throw them away permanently and heal once and for all.

Tier 3 the Butterfly: We teach you how to reprogram your fundamental morals, values, ethics and teach you to retrain the way you actually function and think. We do this to remove the toxic influences that had previously shaped who we were so we can now step into the beautiful people we choose to be for ourselves. This last step truly is the missing link to the healing journey that so many are missing.
