I remember the day when a peer came up to me and told me that he chooses to be happy. I remember responding "you just CHOOSE to be happy and that's it?" and he nodded and said "yep" and my response was "HOW?!?" He just shrugged and walked away.
It took me another 2 and a half decades before I finally learned the "HOW" in the "choosing" to be happy. This journal gets you started on the right track by training you how to think differently, getting you to focus on the positives and helping it to become habit by having you repeat these positive behaviors in one way or another from week to week.
Doing these very simple exercises can change your entire life! That isn't something I say lightly, I looked for these answers for DECADES, and I knew when I had finally found them because I started to feel better. I'm giving this away to you free because my mission in this life is to make emotional intelligence a social norm. Here's the deal though, it only works if you put in the work.... You've got to do the exercises consistently! One easy page per week... that's it!

Hi! I'm Chandra. I'm on this journey to help change the world for the better. I have a personal mission to make emotional intelligence a social norm. Why? Because I was desperately seeking answers for decades. I finally found what I was looking for and now, it's time for me to share it with the world. It's one thing to get help from trained professionals who've learned all the fancy things in school, and they do work, those techniques have their time and place in the healing process, they just took too long for my liking. It's a whole other experience getting the knowledge first had from someone that has lived through all the different types of trauma and has come out successful on the other end.
